you should try more protein, lovely! i’ve found that when i take in too little protein (actually, or fiber, for that matter) i crave insane amounts of things i DON’T need to be eating, just because i’m hungry and i don’t know what my body needs. but you should strive to be able to rest!! it’s important, and, let’s face it, you deserve a little down time. :)
